- During high-volume times (new drops, sales, holidays), processing may take up to 7-10 business days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- We ship nationwide across the U.S. using trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

Return-to-Sender Policy
Sometimes a package makes its way back to us. Here’s how we handle Return-to-Sender (RTS) situations at The Journey HQ:
Why Packages Get Returned
A package may be returned for reasons like:

Incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout

The package was unclaimed or refused at delivery
- Delivery attempt failed (e.g., no access, no mailbox, etc.)
What Happens Next

Notify Us: We’ll email you as soon as the returned package is processed.

Reshipping: If you’d like the order resent, you’ll need to cover the new shipping cost.

Refund Option: If you prefer a refund instead, we’ll process it minus the original shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee.
Important Notes

Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if the original package didn’t reach you due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

Orders marked as Final Sale or Custom Items are not eligible for refunds, even if they’re returned to us.
