Welcome to The Journey HQ! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we handle shipping, processing, and delivery of your orders.

 

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • During high-volume times (new drops, sales, holidays), processing may take up to 7-10 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • We ship nationwide across the U.S. using trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
  • Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated delivery

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays or high-demand seasons.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can keep tabs on your package’s journey.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please file a claim directly with the carrier.

International Shipping

Return-to-Sender Policy

Sometimes a package makes its way back to us. Here’s how we handle Return-to-Sender (RTS) situations at The Journey HQ:

Why Packages Get Returned

A package may be returned for reasons like:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout
  • The package was unclaimed or refused at delivery
  • Delivery attempt failed (e.g., no access, no mailbox, etc.)

What Happens Next

  • Notify Us: We’ll email you as soon as the returned package is processed.
  • Reshipping: If you’d like the order resent, you’ll need to cover the new shipping cost.
  • Refund Option: If you prefer a refund instead, we’ll process it minus the original shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee.

Important Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if the original package didn’t reach you due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
  • Orders marked as Final Sale or Custom Items are not eligible for refunds, even if they’re returned to us.
  • Make sure to double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid delays and extra costs.
